Summer Burger Plate with Avocado Slaw

Some of the best summer meals are also the simplest.

This plate keeps the focus on real food that satisfies. A juicy burger provides plenty of protein, while a crisp avocado slaw adds fiber, healthy fats, and fresh flavor.

It feels like a cookout meal because it is one.

Why This Meal Supports Your Body

A satisfying meal usually includes protein, healthy fats, and fiber.

The burger provides high-quality protein along with nutrients like iron, zinc, and vitamin B12. The avocado adds heart-healthy fats and fiber, while cabbage brings crunch, vitamin C, and even more fiber to help make the meal feel complete.

Together, these simple ingredients create a balanced plate that supports steady energy and helps keep you satisfied long after the meal is over.

Toss with the shredded cabbage until evenly coated.

Serve each burger alongside a generous scoop of avocado slaw and any fresh summer sides you enjoy.

A Simple Reminder

A cookout plate doesn't have to be perfect to support your health.

Build your meal with real food, enjoy the people around you, and let your next meal be just that: your next meal.
